Squirt Bottle of Fun

As part of our summer fun we headed out to the backyard to make pieces of art using squirt bottles filled with diluted paint. The kids had fun decorating their canvases and making different designs using their squirt bottles. Spencer preferred the up close tactic concentrating all three colors in one area of his canvas, Anthony went for the rainbow effect, and Madeline with for the lightly sprayed approach. After their canvases were complete and there was more paint left, it was time to paint the tree house and anything else that came in their contact. With the summer heat that we experience, their artwork was dried in no time and as soon as daddy is able they will be hung up on the wall for all to see. We have done this art project before and the kids never get tired of it. It is nice to have several fun and easy activities around to keep kids busy and entertained.
